ATC Sunday - 2005
Well over 200 Herts & Bucks Wing (HBW) cadets commemorated the 65th anniversary of their organisation today (Sunday 5 Feb 06) with a parade and church service at RAF Halton.
Seventeen Squadron banners and the Wing's banner were paraded outside the station's St George's church for the cadets to march past. The Service was led by HBW's chaplain, Rev Chris Hicken assisted by 332 (High Wycombe) Sqn's Chaplain, Rev Linda Richardson.
After the parade was over a clearly pleased Rev Hicken said that he had been overwhelmed by the turnout and hoped that a Wing-wide ATC Sunday parade would now be firm fixture in the Wing's calendar."
